Our Mission

Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi needs no introduction. The Great Fakir or Saint arrived in Shirdi around 1868 and made Shirdi His home till 1918 when He left His mortal coil. In this span of 60 odd years, Shri Sai Baba transformed numerous devotees. But, miracle of miracles that a 100 years later, His name has spread and continues to spread in every nook and corner of the entire world!

Alandi Sai Temple, is built with the purpose of promoting the teachings of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba. He always told His devotees to live and work in this world with Shraddha (Faith) and Saburi (Patience with courage). The Temple has a spacious inner sanctum where interested devotees can sit and meditate on Baba. The environment of the Temple is serene and peaceful, conducive for such meditation.

Over the years the Temple also added, as per Shirdi model:

  • Dwarka Mai (where Baba lived till His Mahasamadhi)
  • Guru Sthan (Baba’s Guru Sthan)
  • Chawdi (where Baba slept on alternate days)

Over the years the temple has seen an increase in number of foot falls. On Thursdays, weekends and special days the foot fall goes in thousands.
